Holidays or not, if your own policy says it ships within 5 days, it should, and after 5 business days, when this is mentioned to them, it shouldn't take another 3 to actually get it in the mail (10 altogether including the weekend). I ordered with ample time for the post to be slow, but due to them taking so long to even turn it in to the post, I did not receive it with enough time to make what I needed to before Christmas. If you were unable to mail in your own time frame, change your time frame so people can be aware.
