This has had been the best experience so far with Eagle Fabrics which started with a minor issue and ended up in finding out this great company and excellent customer service. Upon contacting the customer service, they have responded within approximately hours from initially contacting them, thank Mrs. L (not sure if one should mention names). They have gone far beyond my highest expectations in resolving a minor issue. The shipping is fast as well and definitely looking forward to doing business with a trusted and honest company.
